I had an incredible stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the royal feel of the Parvati Mahal room with its huge balcony and terrace garden. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, although the dining options could definitely use some improvement. The location was fabulous, set in a historic fort palace filled with unique decor and greenery, but some amenities were rather limited. Overall, it felt quite luxurious, making it a good value for money.

I stayed in the Parvati Mahal room, which was simply stunning with its large balcony and terrace garden. It truly made me feel like royalty.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, although they did press us to finish our meals.
Location

The hotel is set in a historic fort palace surrounded by interesting eclectic furniture and lush greenery, creating a captivating atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience could use improvement; the lunch buffet didn't offer much variety, and they were strict about meal times.
Facilities

While the hotel offers beautiful grounds, I felt there could be more amenities to enjoy, particularly in the dining area.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is unique, and the views are spectacular, making it a memorable spot to stay. However, the service was sometimes misleading, and the cooling in the rooms wasn't adequate. The food options were a bit heavy for my taste, and I felt the rooms lacked that luxurious feel I was hoping for.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit disappointing; they felt more like a basic accommodation rather than a luxurious stay, and the duplex style wasn't conducive to proper cooling.
Service
7.0
The service was generally friendly and accommodating, especially the staff who went out of their way to prepare meals without spices for me. However, there were some issues with misleading information about routes and cooling systems.
Location
8.0
The location is quite unique, set in the hills with intricate details to explore. However, it can be hard to reach from Delhi, with a hefty cab fare if you want a one-way trip to Neemrana.
Dining
5.0
While the dining featured a mixed spread of cuisines, I found the buffet to be excessive and not suited to my palate, as the food was often heavy with spices.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate, but they didn’t quite stand out during my stay; it would have been nice to have better cooling options.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is absolutely stunning with great views, and I loved the ambiance of the Fort Palace. However, the service fell short, especially during the dining times, which was quite disappointing. The rooms, while adequate, didn't reflect the luxurious feel I was expecting given the price. Overall, it's a great spot for a short visit, but there are areas that need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were somewhat underwhelming, a far cry from what I expected given the palace theme. They felt more like basic accommodations.
Service
5.0
Service was slow and inefficient, particularly during dinner and breakfast. We faced a lot of delays, which turned what should have been a pleasant experience into a frustrating one.
Location
9.0
The location is amazing with breathtaking views over the plains, and I can't recommend it enough for history enthusiasts. However, getting there from Delhi can be a hassle and expensive.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining a bit lacking in variety. The buffet seemed unnecessary, as it was overwhelming for the amount of food we could realistically eat.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were standard but not particularly impressive. I expected more given the fort setting.

The hotel has a unique charm, reflecting a rich heritage that made my stay quite memorable. The rooms have a royal luxury feel, although they could use some modern updates. Service was generally good, with polite staff always ready to assist, though it got noisy at times. Dining left a lot to be desired; the food quality was poor with limited options, which felt like a waste given the price. Overall, it's a decent stay but definitely has room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are large and spacious, offering a true royal luxury experience, but they felt a bit old and could do with some modernization.
Service
8.0
Most of the staff were courteous and helpful, particularly Mr. Manmohan Singh, who was always smiling and accommodating, though there were times when noise levels were disruptive.
Location
7.0
The location is charming and offers a surreal escape from the bustling city life, but being cooped up without much of a view detracted from the experience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was below expectations due to poor food quality and limited variety, which made the buffet seem like a waste of money.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities seemed adequate but require a facelift to match the luxurious theme, as the overall maintenance appeared overlooked.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were large and clean, the odd design of the washroom was a letdown. The service was friendly and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. The location was convenient for a short stay, but the dining experience didn't quite live up to my expectations, especially for the price. Overall, it had its pros and cons.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were large and clean, though the washroom design was quite unusual with an open wall. They have unique names that add a special touch.
Service
9.0
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making my time there easier, especially during our busy work stay.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, which was great for our one-day stay. It was nice to be close to various heritage sites.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing; the breakfast spread wasn't great and felt overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but the quality of dining really overshadowed other amenities.
